Easily assign internal support agents to help manage a listing

How to Add an Associate Agent to a Listing

There is no separate user role called Associate Agent in Auctions Live. Instead, associates must be added as Selling Agents first. Once this is done, they can be assigned as an associate to a listing for internal support purposes.

Steps to Create and Assign an Associate Agent

Step 3: Add the user as an Associate to individual listings as needed. How to add Associate Agents to Listings

Important Note

Associates are not displayed on any public-facing or marketing materials. Their role is purely internal, allowing them to assist the main agent with tasks such as bidder registration and auction scribing.
