If you’re new to Auctions Live and ready to bid on an auction lot, the first step is to create a Bid Buy Profile. This profile is automatically generated during your first auction registration and becomes your permanent profile for future use. Below, we’ve outlined the step-by-step process to ensure your registration goes smoothly.

Step 1: Register Against a Property

Start by registering for the auction lot you're interested in. Typically, you’ll find the property information and a registration button on the website of the company conducting the auction.

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

Once your registration is submitted, check your inbox for a verification email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process.

Step 3: Download the Bid Buy App

After your email is verified, download the Bid Buy App to access your bidding interface.

• Bid via a Web Browser

Log in to the app using your registered credentials.

Step 4: Wait for Approval

Your registration will need to be reviewed and approved by the company conducting the auction. Approval is handled by their team, and until it’s granted, you won’t have access to the bidding interface.

Important Notes:

• Using Your Profile for Future Auctions: Once your Bid Buy Profile is created, it can be used for all future registrations. You can update your profile information anytime, but changes won’t apply to past registrations.
• Auctions Live’s Role: Auctions Live does not conduct or host auctions. We are a software provider that empowers businesses to offer digital auction solutions to their clients and customers.
• Online Bidding Options: If you only have access to a single mobile device, consider bidding through a web browser on a PC or laptop. This allows you to keep the lines of communication open with the agent while participating in the auction.
