Thomas McGlynn
Thomas McGlynn is a highly regarded and passionate real estate professional with close to 15 years’ experience. Currently Director of Sale and Chief Auctioneer at The Agency, Thomas has conducted over 4,000 auctions and run thousands of training and one-on-one coaching sessions. His extensive hands on sales experience, Auctioneer record, and commitment to delivering a dynamic and authentic real estate experience make Thomas a highlyqualified judge for the 2019 Awards or Excellence Auctioneers category.
Peter Kakos
A highly regarded individual and industry leader, Peter Kakos continues his impressive career with The Agency and has been appointed the General Manager in Victoria. Entering his 25th year in real estate, Peter will be responsible for establishing The Agency’s expansion strategy into the Melbourne market. Peter is an award-winning auctioneer, winning both the Australasian Auctioneer Championships and Victorian Senior Auctioneer award as well as being an REIV Achiever of the Year.
Shelly Horton
After more than 20 years honing her skills in every aspect of the residential property industry, Shelley Horton has fine-tuned her instincts on what drives the property market and is adept at knowing what makes a property worth buying and how to get the best deal for her client’s. As an exclusive buyers agent and the founder of Sydney based property buyers agency Albion Avenue, Shelley helps busy professionals, industry leaders and company owners and executives to buy and invest wisely in property. For the past two years she has been a finalist in the Buyers Agent category of the REINSW Awards for Excellence. She is also a current member of the Buyers Agent Chapter of the NSW Real Estate Institute (REINSW).
Bob Jury
With more than 40 years’ experience as a professional auctioneer, Bob is true auction guru. Previously the Auction Director for Raine & Horne, Bob has conducted more than 26,000 property auctions in all categories of real estate over the course of his career. He is still actively involved in auctions in Sydney every weekend. Bob is REINSW’s go-to trainer for the Auctioneers Accreditation course, as well as the Chief Judge for both the Awards for Excellence live auction final and the Novice Auctioneers Competition. His wealth of experience makes him ideally placed to facilitate the judging process.
