Understand Your Auctioneer Bookings at a Glance
Use the dashboard to review booking activity and booking statuses in one place.
The Auctioneers Booking Platform Dashboard gives users a clear overview of auctioneer booking activity. Use this dashboard to quickly review booking statuses, recent booking activity, chat updates, and booking trends.
View the Auctioneers Booking Platform Dashboard
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 4: Click Dashboard from the left-hand side menu.
Step 5: Review the dashboard cards, including Upcoming Bookings, Pending Bookings, Declined Bookings, Cancelled Bookings, Past Bookings, Conflicted Bookings, Disputed Bookings, and Recent Bookings with Chats.
Step 6: Review the booking graph to see data for Total Bookings, New, Accepted, Declined, and Cancelled bookings.
Step 7: Select or deselect a graph category to show or hide that data from the graph.
Helpful Tip
Use the dashboard cards to quickly identify bookings that may need attention, such as Pending Bookings, Conflicted Bookings, or Disputed Bookings.
