Booking Platform Accounts Management

You can manage an auctioneer’s pricing structure and cancellation discount rates within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform. This allows you to apply different fees for each auction category or revert rates back to the corporate default booking rates.

Update auctioneer booking fees and discount rates

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Auctioneers under the Accounts section.

Step 4: Locate the auctioneer you want to update and click the Edit button on the right-hand side.

Step 5: Update the required booking fees for each auction category and apply any cancellation booking discount rate if required.

Step 6: If needed, revert the booking fees and rates back to the corporate default booking rates.

Step 7: Click the Update button to save your changes.

Helpful Tip

All booking fees entered within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform are excluding GST.
