Resolve Booking Conflicts
Keep auction bookings moving by fixing date and time conflicts before accepting them.
Conflicted Bookings lets you view and resolve date and time conflicts in the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform. Use this when a booking cannot be accepted because the booking time does not match the Auctions Live date and time.
Resolve a conflicted booking
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, click Conflicted Bookings under Overview.
Step 4: Select All Conflicted.
Step 5: Locate the booking you want to resolve and click the red Resolve button.
Step 6: Select Accept Auctions Live Date Time, Accept Booking Date Time, or Select Different Time.
Step 7: Click the green Resolve button to confirm your selection.
Helpful Tip
A booking with a date or time conflict cannot be accepted until the conflict has been resolved.
