Manage Linked Office Booking Fees
Configure customised booking rates, billing settings, and discount structures for linked accounts within Auctions Live.
You can configure booking fees and billing settings for linked offices within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform. This allows corporate groups to manage customised fee structures, cancellation discounts, and billing notes for individual linked accounts.
Set up linked account booking fees
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Linked Accounts under the Accounts section.
Step 4: Locate the linked office and click the Update Rates button.
Step 5: Update the required account details, booking fees, auction category rates, cancellation booking discount rates, and any Special Billing Notes if required.
Step 6: If needed, revert the booking fees and rates back to the corporate default booking rates.
Step 7: Click the Update button to save your changes.
Helpful Tip
All booking fees are excluding GST. If Special Billing Notes are added, booking confirmation emails will display a billing arrangement message instead of showing the Auctioneer fee.
