Manage and Update Auction Bookings

Update booking details, calendar events, and adjustments within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform.

You can update accepted bookings within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform to manage changes such as booking notes, auctioneer details, address updates, date and time changes, or booking adjustments.

Update an existing booking

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: Locate the accepted booking and either click the View (eye icon) button followed by the green Update Booking button, or click the Edit button directly from the All Bookings page.

Step 4: Update the booking details as required, including booking notes, property address, auctioneer, date, and time.

Step 5: If required, enable the Adjustment toggle and apply any booking adjustments.

Step 6: Click the Update button to save your changes.

Step 7: Click View & Update to update the calendar event and add guests who should receive calendar update emails.

Step 8: Click the Update button again to save any additional calendar changes.


Helpful Tip

Changing the booking date and time within the Booking Platform will not automatically update the actual presentation date and time in Auctions Live Digital Auction Solutions.
