Accept and Confirm New Auction Bookings
Finalise booking details and apply the correct auction fees using the Auctions Live Booking Platform.
You can accept newly created bookings within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform once the property has been linked correctly. Accepting a booking confirms the booking details and applies the appropriate auction fee.
Accept a new booking
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 3: If the booking was manually created, link the booking to the correct property within Auctions Live Digital Auction Solutions.
Step 4: Locate the booking and click the View (eye icon) button.
Step 5: Click the green Accept button.
Step 6: Select the appropriate Auction Fee. If required, choose the relevant Special Event Fee from the dropdown menu.
Step 7: Click the Submit button to accept the booking and save your changes.
Helpful Tip
Manually created bookings must be linked to the correct property before features such as live streaming and bidder registration can be used.
