Cancel Accepted Auction Bookings

Keep booking records accurate by managing cancellations directly within the Auctions Live Booking Platform.

You can cancel accepted bookings within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform when an auction is no longer proceeding as scheduled. Cancelling a booking helps keep booking records accurate and up to date.

Cancel an accepted booking

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: Locate the accepted booking and click the View (eye icon) button.

Step 4: Select the appropriate cancellation reason from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Enter a cancellation note.

Step 6: Click the Submit button to confirm the cancellation.


Helpful Tip

Once a booking is accepted, a cancellation or amendment link and One-Time Password are automatically sent to the agency account. If you select Sold Prior as the cancellation reason, you can also update the property status within Auctions Live Digital Auction Solutions.
