Declining Bookings
Manage booking requests by declining bookings directly within the Auctions Live Booking Platform.
You can decline new bookings within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform if the booking cannot be accepted or scheduled. Declining a booking will update the booking status accordingly.
Decline a new booking
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 3: Locate the booking and click the View (eye icon) button.
Step 4: Click the red Decline button.
Step 5: Select Yes to confirm that you want to decline the booking.
Helpful Tip
Once a booking has been declined, the booking status will update immediately within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform.
