Create Special Event Booking Fees

Apply custom booking pricing for campaigns, peak auction periods, and special events within Auctions Live.

You can create and manage special event fees within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform. Special event fees allow you to apply custom booking charges for specific event dates or campaigns.

Set up a special event fee

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Special Event Fees under the Accounts section.

Step 4: Click the green New Event Fee button located in the top-right corner.

Step 5: Enter the required event details, including the Event Name, Valid Date, and Booking Fee.

Step 6: Click the green Create button to save the new special event fee.


Helpful Tip

Special event fees can be selected when accepting bookings to apply custom pricing for specific campaigns, peak periods, or promotional events.
