Create Auction Bookings Directly using Your CRM Data
Save time by importing properties directly from your agency CRM into Auctions Live.
The Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform allows you to quickly create auction bookings for properties imported from your agency CRM. This helps reduce manual data entry and streamlines the booking process.
Create a booking for a CRM property
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Create Booking under the Make Bookings section.
Step 4: Click the Search from CRM button.
Step 5: Enter the Property Address or Source ID to search for the property from your CRM.
Step 6: Select the required Auction Type from the dropdown menu.
Step 7: Complete the preferred booking details.
Step 8: Click the green Create button to create the booking.
Helpful Tip
If the Auction Type is set to Inroom, the property will not automatically be added to an existing or newly generated presentation. An Auction Coordinator can add and publish the property later if required. You can also create bookings for past dates, however email notifications and calendar events will not be sent.
