Creating Bookings

The Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform allows you to manually create auction bookings for properties that are not imported from a CRM. This is useful when adding properties directly into the platform for auction scheduling and management.

Create a booking for a manually added property

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Create Booking under the Make Bookings section.

Step 4: Click the Enter Manually button.

Step 5: Select the appropriate Agency from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Complete the required property details.

Step 7: Select the required Auction Type from the dropdown menu.

Step 8: Click the green Create button to create the booking.

Helpful Tip

If the Auction Type is set to In-Room and you choose Existing Presentation, the property will only be assigned as an In-Room Auction Property within the Booking Platform and will not be added to an existing presentation. If you choose Create Later, the presentation and property must be manually created later within Auctions Live Digital Auction Solutions. Booking assistants from agencies can also access bookings created via the widget.
