Generate Detailed Auction Booking Reports
Analyse auction booking activity and export detailed reports.
The Reporting section within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform allows users to generate detailed booking reports and analyse auction booking activity. Reports can be filtered by report type, booking type, and date range, then exported as a CSV file for further analysis.
Generate Auction Data and Analytics Reports
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.
Step 3: Select Reporting from the left-hand side menu.
Step 4: Select your preferred Report Type.
Step 5: Set the report time frame by selecting the Start Date and End Date.
Step 6: Select the required Booking Type.
Step 7: Click the Generate CSV button to download the report.
Available Report Types
Step 1: Select Agency to generate a detailed report of all bookings for each agency.
Step 2: Select Auctioneer to generate a detailed report of all bookings for a selected auctioneer.
Step 3: Select Adjustment/Discount to generate a detailed report of all adjusted bookings.
Step 4: Select Agency Summary to generate an overview report of booking statistics for each agency.
Step 5: Select Auction Coordinator to generate a detailed report of all bookings for Auction Coordinators.
Helpful Tip
CSV reports can be opened in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to further sort, filter, and analyse your booking data.
