Booking Platform Accounts Management

You can edit auctioneer account settings within the Auctions Live Auctioneers Booking Platform to manage booking widget visibility, booking availability display settings, and email notification preferences.

Edit auctioneer details

Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.

Step 2: Click the Grid icon in the top-right corner and select Auctioneers Booking Platform.

Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, select Auctioneers under the Accounts section.

Step 4: Locate the auctioneer you want to update and click the Edit button on the right-hand side.

Step 5: Update the required auctioneer details and account settings.

Step 6: Click the green Update button to save your changes.

Helpful Tip

While editing an auctioneer, you can manage settings such as Hide Auctioneer from Booking Widget, Show Booked Times on Booking Widget, and email notification preferences for Tentative/Confirmed or Confirmed Only bookings.
