Google Calendar and Meet are powerful tools for planning schedules and staying connected without missing crucial meetings. Google Calendar helps to define goals and accomplish objectives. Google Meet is a secure video conferencing platform. It was designed by Google to operate on a secure foundation, providing the protection needed to keep users and their information safe and secure.

Auctions Live has now integrated these two platforms to enhance the functionality and features of our system for real estate agencies who currently utilise Google Meet to conduct online auctions.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this integration is to seamlessly coordinate the administration of bidder registration via Google Calendar and Meet video conferencing into an automated and scalable process, greatly reducing existing administrative tasks.

This integration has been designed to operate in conjunction with Auctions Live, H.D. streaming solution that broadcast’s auctions in real-time, directly to the general public via real estate agencies websites.

Used in combination, Auctions Live now facilitate real estate agencies in gaining brand exposure through unique general auction traffic as well as maintaining a controlled online auction environment for bidding via Google Meet.

2. Scope

The Google Calendar and Meet integration provide Auctions Live clients with added access, service, and software.

This automated and scalable approach provides supplementary functionality to the Auctions Live system, offering real estate agencies the tools to maintain and manage multiple bidder registrations and invitations within a single user environment.

3. Process

Property is scheduled with Auctions Live and activated for video conferencing.
The interested buyer can visit the real estate agency’s website and complete the Auctions Live Bidder Registration Form.
Once bidder registration is approved within Auctions Live, the bidder is automatically emailed a calendar invite including the Google Meet video conferencing link (URL).
The Bidder will be informed and engaged via the digital bid display throughout the auction.
