Update Property Status to Sold via the PC Console
How to mark a property as Sold after Passed In or Negotiation
Follow these steps to update the status of a property to “Sold” in the Auctions Live PC Console after it has previously been marked as “Passed In” or “Under Negotiation”.
Steps to update property status to “Sold”
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: Select either All Upcoming or All Past from the left-hand side menu depending on the auction date.
Step 3: Locate the property you wish to update and click the View icon.
Step 4: Click the green Change status button.
Step 5: Update the relevant form fields, including the Sold price, then click the green Change button.
