Removing a Property After an Onsite Auction
Quick guide to remove auctioned properties from your website
To remove a property listing from your company’s public website after an onsite auction, follow the instructions below. This process ensures the listing is hidden from public view while remaining accessible in your internal system for compliance and reporting.
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console.
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, select All Upcoming and locate the property you wish to remove from your company’s website.
Step 3: Click the Edit icon next to the relevant property.
Step 4: Scroll to the Publish status field and select Completed from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Click the green Update button in the bottom-right corner to save your changes.
The property will now be removed from your public website and widget feed while remaining visible within your Auctions Live console.
