New Feature Release
Seller’s Disclosure Statement Now Live!
RE Software is excited to announce a powerful new feature designed to help agents meet compliance obligations and deliver greater transparency to buyers.
As of 31st July 2025, all Auctions Live subscribers can now upload and display a Seller’s Disclosure Statement directly from within the platform, streamlining an essential requirement in a residential property transaction.
This feature has been automatically enabled across all accounts and is available via the Property Create/Edit page in the Documents section.
Steps to Upload a Disclosure Statement
Step 1: Log in to the Auctions Live PC Console and go to your Dashboard.
Step 2: From the left menu, click All Upcoming.
Step 3: Locate your property and click the Edit icon next to the listing.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Documents section.
Step 5: Click Add Document.
Step 6: In the Display Name field, enter the name you want buyers to see.
Step 7: Select an icon from the Display Icon dropdown.
Step 8: Under Document Type, select Property Disclosure Statement.
Step 9: Click Upload File and confirm using the Preview File option.
Step 10: Choose your preferred Privacy Settings to control visibility.
Document Settings: Private vs Public
Private
- Only visible to buyers logged in via their Bid Buy profile
- Can still be emailed by selecting Include in Registration Emails
Public
- Visible to anyone via your Hosted Widget or Bidder Registration Form
- Can appear on:
- Bidder Registration Page
- Hosted Widget
- Can also be emailed as a downloadable link
Tip: You can upload multiple documents and manage visibility settings based on how you want the documents to appear to prospective buyers.
