Bidder Registration Form Enhancements

The Auctions Live Bidder Registration Form is receiving a significant upgrade to improve both its functionality and appearance. These new features aim to streamline the registration process for buyers and empower agencies with greater customisation options.

New Features will Include:

• Support for Additional Buyers: Agencies will be able to register up to six additional buyers under a single submission, making it easier to capture joint purchasers. Agencies using the following API endpoint should contact the RE Software support team. End Point - /v2/properties/{id}/bidders.
• Image Slider: A sleek image slider will be introduced, allowing agencies to display branding visuals, property highlights or auction day instructions within the form.
• Auction Countdown Timer: A dynamic countdown will appear, indicating time remaining based on the auction type. This helps prepare bidders for scheduled cut-offs or auction start times.
• Wet Signature Field: Bidders will be able to sign the form using a stylus, mouse or touch input.
• Drag and Drop File Upload: A new file uploader allows bidders to submit supporting documents by simply dragging them into a dedicated upload area. Additionally, Admin users can now manage supporting documents more effectively by uploading up to six documents per bidder directly via the same drag-and-drop area. This enables greater flexibility in keeping bidder records complete and up to date.
• Customisable Form Colours: Agencies will be able to adjust the form’s colour palette to align with their branding. This provides a cohesive and polished experience for buyers.

These updates will enhance the efficiency of pre-auction processes and elevate the presentation of your registration workflow.
