Improvements

• ● Property Overview Tab: The Convert button has been reintroduced for unassigned properties within the Property Overview tab, providing users with a more streamlined workflow when converting listings and managing auction preparation processes. (Reference: IR25-275)
• ● Electronic Bidder Registration: To improve data consistency and bidder management, subscribers can no longer assign special characters as bidder numbers. Bidder numbers will now be restricted to valid formats, reducing the potential for registration and reporting issues. (Reference: IR25-263)
• ● Portal Widget: The widget has been updated to prevent unassigned and draft listings from being displayed. This ensures only relevant and publicly available listings are presented to prospective buyers and visitors. (Reference: IR25-240)

Enhancements

• ● Widget Optimisation: Significant performance improvements have been made to the website display widget to enhance responsiveness and overall user experience across large auction events. (Reference: IR25-HB01)
• ● Large Multi-Lot Event Viewer Confirmation: For Multi-Lot Auction events containing more than 40 lots, online viewers will now be prompted to manually confirm that they wish to continue following the auction when the auction advances to the next lot.
• ● Improved Platform Stability: Large Multi-Lot events often attract significantly higher audience numbers. This enhancement helps reduce unnecessary automated viewer transitions, improving system performance, scalability, and reliability during high-traffic events.
• ● Active Viewer Management: The new confirmation process helps distinguish between active viewers and inactive sessions, ensuring platform resources are focused on users who are actively following the auction.

Other Updates

• ● Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to improve consistency across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These terminology updates will not affect functionality or public-facing user experiences.
