RE Software is proud to announce the upcoming launch of Offers Live, the latest addition to our suite of real estate technology solutions.

Offers Live is designed to complement Auctions Live by transforming how real estate agents manage offers on properties sold outside of the traditional auction environment. The platform simplifies, standardises, and streamlines the entire offer process.

Why We Built Offers Live

Throughout our product research and development, it became clear that the traditional offer process used in real estate sales is fragmented, inconsistent, and heavily reliant on price as the sole measure of value. This often leads to late-stage renegotiations initiated by solicitors, and a poor experience for vendors, buyers, and agents alike.

Offers Live was designed to:

• Give agents full control to define unique offer workflows based on campaign types
• Encourage transparency by presenting all offers in a consistent, vendor-friendly format
• Improve decision-making by enabling vendors to compare offers holistically, not just on price
• Reduce post-offer friction by collecting all relevant conditions and buyer details upfront
• Introduce integrity and structure into tender-style campaigns, including sealed submissions

• Pre-set and Custom Question Builder: Offers Live provides a bank of pre-set questions agents can use, while also allowing custom question creation.
• Consistent Offer Presentation: Offers are presented in a standardised layout for easy comparison.
• Closed Tenders: All offers remain digitally sealed and hidden from view until the specified closing date and time has passed.
• Offer Activity Logs & Workflow Tools: Tracks the lifecycle of each offer.

Pay-Per Listing Fee Schedule

Available to Financial Clients of RE Software

• A fee applies when an ‘Offer Type’ is assigned to a listing
• Each listing remains active for 90 days from the date of assignment
• Invoiced monthly in arrears
• Automated system alert on Day 83 to flag upcoming expiry
