How to Create Selling Agent Logins in Auctions Live
A step-by-step guide to setting up selling agent user accounts
Creating a user login for a selling agent in Auctions Live is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure the selling agents are linked to their associated listings and granted access.
Step 1: Check for an Existing Profile
If your Auctions Live account is integrated with a CRM, the selling agent’s profile is likely already created. To confirm:
- Log in to Auctions Live with an "Office Administrator" role.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Users and select Selling Agents.
- Use the search bar to find the selling agent’s name and check if their profile exists.
Step 2: Verify Login Access
In the list view, locate the "Has Login Account" column:
- If the field is empty, the selling agent does not yet have login access.
- Select the View Icon next to their name to proceed.
Step 3: Create a User Account
- On the selling agent’s profile page, look for the green button labeled "Create User Account".
- Click the button. This action will trigger a welcome email to the selling agent.
- The email will contain instructions for the selling agent to set their password and complete the account setup.
By following these steps, you can ensure selling agents are properly set up with access to Auctions Live.
