Enhancement: Significant Performance Improvements for Multi-Lot & In-Room Auction Preparation

• ● Preparation Time Reduction: We have significantly reduced the time required to prepare Multi-Lot and In-Room auction presentations, decreasing the average preparation time from approximately four minutes per presentation to under 30 seconds.
• ● Technology Infrastructure Upgrade: This improvement has been achieved through a substantial upgrade to the Auctions Live technology stack and underlying code base infrastructure, providing a stronger foundation to support growing client demand and future platform enhancements.
• ● Improved Operational Efficiency: Users preparing Multi-Lot and In-Room auction events will experience considerably faster processing times, allowing auction events to be configured and prepared more efficiently.

Enhancement: Improved Auction Type Assignment Confirmation Process

• ● Enhanced Confirmation Modals: All confirmation pop-up windows displayed when assigning an auction type to a listing have been updated to provide clearer information regarding when fees and charges may become payable based on the selected auction type.
• ● Additional User Confirmation: Users will now be required to complete an additional confirmation action via a dedicated call-to-action button before submitting their request, helping ensure fee-related information has been acknowledged prior to proceeding.
• ● Direct Access to Fee Information: Users can now access the Auctions Live Fees & Charges FAQ page directly from the confirmation process, providing immediate access to additional information and guidance regarding listing fees and charges.
