What is the best day and time to conduct an auction?

There is no single best day or time that suits every property and every market.

What matters most is buyer intent and convenience. If a buyer is genuinely motivated to purchase your property, they will either attend the auction or make arrangements to participate through the agent where options are available.

Your agent will usually recommend a time that aligns with buyer behaviour, inspection traffic, and the campaign plan designed to build competition.
