Effective Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Auctions Live will introduce an update to how conferencing links are shared when using the Auctions Live Video Conferencing Integration with Google Calendar/Meet and Zoom, as well as how these links are managed within the system.

This enhancement eliminates unnecessary manual steps, making it easier for agents, buyers, and vendors to connect through video-conferenced auctions.

What’s Changed

Previously, subscribers needed to:

• Generate a video conferencing link inside Auctions Live.
• Manually copy and paste that link into the External Links field on the Property Edit page.

That process is now history. From now on, once you generate a video conferencing link, the corresponding URL will be automatically attached to the Property Edit page. No copying. No pasting.

A New Tab in Your Hosted Widget

To make joining auctions even simpler, we have added a dedicated Video Conferencing tab within your Auctions Live Hosted Widget.

When visitors click this tab, they will see:

• A clear display of the video conferencing option.
• A direct Join the Auction button that takes them straight into the live auction environment.

This ensures buyers, sellers, and other attendees can quickly find and enter the auction without confusion or extra clicks.

This update has two key benefits:

• Streamlined workflow for subscribers: Links are managed automatically, saving time and reducing the chance of errors.
• Improved experience for customers: Buyers and vendors can now join with confidence and ease through your Hosted Widget, ensuring smoother auction participation.
