Deployment Date: 13 July 2026 ✅

Vault CRM Read & Write Integration Now Available

We're pleased to announce the release of our new Vault CRM Read & Write Integration, delivering a significant enhancement to the way information flows between Auctions Live, Offers Live and Vault CRM.

Previously, Auctions Live and Offers Live could automatically read upcoming and live property listings directly from Vault. With this release, both platforms can now also write bidder, buyer and offer information back into Vault, helping eliminate duplicate data entry while ensuring your CRM remains up to date.

This functionality is available only where the auction or offer campaign was originally created using an imported Vault listing.

What This Means for Auctions Live

For agencies using Auctions Live, bidder information can now be automatically synchronised back into Vault following the completion of an auction.

  • Automatic Bid Synchronisation: When a bidder registers electronically through Auctions Live and is recorded as making a bid, the highest bid accepted by the auctioneer and assigned to that bidder through the Scriber Panel is automatically written back to Vault.
  • Reduced Administration: Auction results no longer need to be manually transferred between systems, helping keep your CRM accurate while reducing administrative effort.

What This Means for Offers Live

The integration also delivers powerful automation for agencies using Offers Live.

  • Complete Offer Synchronisation: Every offer submitted through Offers Live is automatically written back into Vault, including purchaser details, offer information, custom questions and all responses completed during the offer submission process.
  • Improved Efficiency: Offer information is automatically synchronised with Vault, reducing manual administration while ensuring your CRM remains up to date.

Intelligent CRM Synchronisation

The new integration intelligently manages buyer and bidder records across both Auctions Live and Offers Live, ensuring information is written back to the correct contact within Vault whenever possible.

  • Smart Contact Matching: Before writing information back to Vault, the integration checks whether a matching contact already exists against the property. If a matching contact is found, the new information is automatically added to the existing contact profile. If no matching contact exists, a new contact record is automatically created.
  • Richer Customer Data: By continuously synchronising bidder, buyer and offer information, agencies can build more complete customer records without additional administration.
  • Supporting Future Analytics & AI: Keeping customer data within Vault provides corporate groups and franchise networks with richer datasets that may assist with reporting, business intelligence and future artificial intelligence initiatives.

Getting Started

To begin using the new Vault CRM Read & Write Integration, the feature must first be enabled within both Vault CRM and Auctions Live.

Step 1 - Enable Third-Party Access in Vault CRM

To allow Auctions Live and Offers Live to synchronise information back into Vault CRM, the required permissions must first be enabled within Vault.

  • Navigate to Office Integrations → Third-Party Access.
  • Locate Auctions Live and click the View button.
  • Enable the Required Permissions: Configure the integration to allow the following access scopes: View Contacts, Add/Edit Contacts, View Properties, and Add/Edit Properties.

Step 2 - Enable Synchronisation in Auctions Live

Once the Vault CRM permissions have been enabled, complete the final configuration within Auctions Live.

  • Navigate to Settings → System Settings → Integrations.
  • Enable Synchronisation: Toggle on the "Upload Highest Bids & Offers to Data Source" setting, then click Update to save your changes.

Once both configuration steps have been completed, Auctions Live and Offers Live will automatically begin synchronising bidder, buyer and offer information back into Vault CRM for all future campaigns created from imported Vault listings.
