Order of Sale Enhancements
We are introducing several enhancements to the Multi-Lot Auctions Solution to improve clarity around Order of Sale status, provide better control over its management, and introduced new configuration options for widget pages.
1. Updated Order of Sale Terminology
To better represent the status of lots, the Order of Sale controls have been renamed.
- Previous Label - Show: Now labelled as Finalised.
- Previous Label - Hide: Now labelled as Pending.
These changes improve clarity by indicating whether the Order of Sale has been confirmed or is still awaiting finalisation.
- Where this change appears:
- Multi-Lot Create page
- Multi-Lot Edit page
- Order of Sale column across the following pages
- Drafts
- Upcoming Published
- Past Published
- Completed
This update is a terminology improvement and does not change existing functionality.
2. Order of Sale Status Controls (View Page)
Enhancements have been made to the Order of Sale Status row on the Multi-Lot Auctions View page.
- Finalised Status: When the Order of Sale is finalised, the status will display “Finalised.”
- A Revert button will be available to change the status back to Pending.
- Pending Status: When the Order of Sale is Pending, a Finalise button will be displayed.
- Selecting Finalise will update the Order of Sale status to Finalised.
These actions allow users to easily manage and update the Order of Sale status.
3. Widget Page Updates
- Widget Status Indicators: The Order of Sale status indicators and actions (Finalise and Revert) will also be reflected across relevant widget pages, ensuring consistent behaviour across the platform.
4. New Widget Feature Settings
- Show Order of Sale on Listing Page (Corporate or Auction House Events): Displays the Order of Sale ladder on the listing page when a Multi-Lot Auction is created by a Corporate or Auction House.
- Show Order of Sale on Listing Page (Office / Branch Events): Displays the Order of Sale ladder on the listing page when a Multi-Lot Auction is created by an Office or Branch.
These settings allow organisations to configure how Order of Sale information is presented to users on widget listing pages.

- Greater Flexibility: Adds greater flexibility in displaying Order of Sale information on widget pages.
- No Workflow Disruption: No disruption to existing workflows.
