Additional Bidder Registration Notification Recipients

Subscribers now have greater control over who receives bidder registration notification emails, with new settings allowing relevant team members to receive registration updates alongside existing recipients.

Add Additional Recipients

Subscribers can now select additional users to receive bidder registration notifications for an auction listing.

• ● Office Users: Selected office users can receive bidder registration updates relevant to the listing.
• ● Office Admins: Office administrators can be included where greater visibility of bidder registrations is required.
• ● Auctioneers: Auctioneers can receive registration updates directly, helping them remain informed ahead of the auction.

Manage Recipients from the Listing

Additional notification recipients can be managed directly from the Listing View page. This allows Subscribers to configure recipients for individual listings when specific team members need to be kept informed.

This listing-level control provides greater flexibility where notification requirements differ between properties, auctioneers or teams.

Configure Default Recipients

Subscribers can also configure default recipients within the notification settings.

• ● Default Notifications: Selected users will automatically receive bidder registration notifications where no additional recipients have been configured for the individual listing.
• ● Listing-Specific Settings: Subscribers can continue to configure different recipients for individual listings when separate notification requirements apply.

Simplified Notification Management

The new settings provide a more consistent way to manage bidder registration notifications within Auctions Live, helping ensure the appropriate team members are kept informed without requiring Subscribers to manage recipients outside of the platform.
