Mass Notifications for Registered Bidders

The Mass Notifications feature available in Offers Live has now been introduced to Auctions Live, giving Subscribers a convenient way to communicate directly with registered bidders from within the platform.

Subscribers can send notifications to groups of registered bidders or communicate with an individual bidder, making it easier to keep participants informed when important auction information changes.

Notify Multiple Bidders

Subscribers can now send an email notification to multiple registered bidders at the same time and select the appropriate audience based on registration status.

• ● Notify All Bidders: Sends the notification to all registered bidders associated with the auction.
• ● Pending Registration: Sends the notification only to bidders whose registration is currently pending.
• ● Approved Registration: Sends the notification only to bidders whose registration has been approved.
• ● Declined Registration: Sends the notification only to bidders whose registration has been declined.

These options allow Subscribers to quickly communicate with the relevant group of bidders without having to contact each person individually.

Keep Bidders Informed

Mass Notifications can be particularly useful when important auction information changes and registered bidders need to be advised promptly.

• ● Auction Postponed: Notify registered bidders when an auction has been postponed or rescheduled.
• ● Auction Cancelled: Quickly advise bidders when an auction will no longer proceed.
• ● Venue Changes: Inform bidders when an auction has been moved to a different location.
• ● Important Updates: Send other auction-related information directly to the appropriate group of registered bidders.

Individual Bidder Notifications

Subscribers can also send an email notification directly to an individual registered bidder when a message is specific to that person.

With both mass and individual notification options available, Subscribers can manage bidder communications directly within Auctions Live, reducing the need to move between separate communication tools and helping keep the auction workflow in one place.
