Enhanced Manual Bidder Registration

Manual bidder registration has been enhanced to provide Subscribers with a more flexible and efficient way to add bidders using completed registration forms.

New Entry Method Options

When adding a bidder manually, Subscribers can now select from two Entry Methods within the Bidder Information block:

• ● Electronic Form: Continues to use the existing electronic registration process, with all required bidder information fields available for completion.
• ● Paper Form Upload: Allows Subscribers to upload a completed physical registration form instead of manually entering the bidder's full registration details.

Paper Form Upload

When Paper Form Upload is selected, the Bidder Details block is simplified so Subscribers only need to enter the basic information required to identify and contact the bidder.

• ● First Name: Enter the bidder's first name.
• ● Middle Name: Enter the bidder's middle name where applicable.
• ● Last Name: Enter the bidder's surname.
• ● Email: Enter the bidder's email address.
• ● Contact Number: Enter the bidder's preferred contact number.

Subscribers can then upload the completed registration form, removing the need to manually reproduce all of the information already contained within the document.

Streamlined Bidder Registration

This enhancement reduces unnecessary data entry and administrative effort when processing completed registration forms.

• ● Before an Auction: Subscribers can register bidders in advance using a completed physical registration form while entering only the essential bidder details.
• ● After an Auction: Completed bidder registration forms can be added to Auctions Live more efficiently without requiring all information to be manually re-entered.
• ● Reduced Administration: The simplified process enables Subscribers to spend less time entering information while maintaining the completed registration form within the bidder record.
