Enhancements

• ● VaultRE CRM Re-Sync Rules: Implemented enhanced re-synchronisation rules for the VaultRE CRM integration, aligning its behaviour with other supported CRM integrations across the platform. This improvement provides a more consistent and reliable synchronisation experience when listing data is updated or re-synchronised between systems. (Reference: ALPM-314)
• ● Improved Data Consistency: The updated synchronisation logic helps ensure listing information remains accurate and aligned between Auctions Live and VaultRE, reducing the potential for data discrepancies.

Bug Fixes

• ● Bidder Registration Reminder Emails: Updated the email subject line from "Bidder Registration Pending Approval for Tomorrow's Auction | Reminder Email" to "Bidder Registration Approval | Reminder Email". Additionally, reminder emails will no longer be sent when a property has been withdrawn or postponed, ensuring communications remain relevant and accurate. (Reference: ALPM-346)
• ● BidBuy App: Resolved an issue where the livestream could appear twice within the BidBuy App for online bidders when Auctions Live Stream Plus was enabled for in-room auctions. (Reference: ALPM-262)
• ● Single Sign-On (SSO): Fixed an issue that occasionally prevented some users from successfully authenticating through certain Single Sign-On providers, improving login reliability and user access. (Reference: ALPM-210)
• ● Video Conference Events: Resolved an issue where removing a video conferencing event from a presentation did not automatically remove the associated "Video Conferencing Bidding Method" from the bidder registration form. The registration options now correctly reflect the configured presentation settings. (Reference: ALPM-116)

Other Updates

• ● Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming six months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to create greater consistency across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These terminology updates will not affect functionality or public-facing user experiences.
• ● Date Format Standardisation: To improve global readability and reduce ambiguity, date formats across the platform will progressively transition from DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 15/01/2025) to DD Mon YYYY (e.g. 15 Jan 2025). This enhancement accommodates varying international date conventions and improves readability for users across different regions.
• ● No Action Required: The date format update will be applied automatically across the platform over the coming months and does not require any configuration changes or user action.
