Bug Fixes

• Bidder Registration Email: "Bidder Registration Pending Approval for Tomorrow's Auction | Reminder Email" subject has been renamed to "Bidder registration Approval | Reminder Email". Furthermore, these emails will not be sent when a property has been withdrawn or postponed. (Reference: ALPM-346) ⛔
• BidBuy App [Fixed]: When Auctions Live Stream Plus is enabled, livestream shows twice for in-room auctions on the BidBuy app for online bidders.  (Reference: ALPM-262) ⛔
• SSO [Fixed]: Previously, some users occasionally encountered difficulties while attempting to log in via specific Single Sign-On (SSO) services. (Reference: ALPM-210) ⛔
• Video Conference Event [Fixed]: Removing the video conferencing event from the presentation does not eliminate the “video conferencing bidding method” from the bidder registration form. (Reference: ALPM-116) ⛔

Other Updates

Terminology Update "Property" → "Lot": There are many references to the word Property/Properties in the system. Over the next 6 months, some of these will be renamed to the word Lot/Lots. These changes will not affect any functionality or public-facing interfaces. 🚧

Date Format Standardisation Update: We are updating the platform's date format to enhance clarity and consistency. Over the next six months, all date displays will transition from the previous DD/MM/YYYY format (e.g. 15/01/2025) to the new DD Mon YYYY format (e.g. 15 Jan 2025) to accommodate global variations and reduce ambiguity. This change will be applied automatically, requiring no user action. For further assistance, please contact our support team. 🚧
