Bug Fixes

This release includes important fixes to improve communication accuracy for international bidders and enhance usability within the In-Room Control Panel.

• ● Bidder Approval Emails: Resolved a timezone-related issue affecting online bidder approval notifications. Previously, some bidders located outside Australia received auction dates and times displayed using Australian time zones within the Online Bidder Approval email.
• ● Improved International Experience: Auction dates and times are now correctly aligned to the appropriate timezone context, helping ensure bidders receive more accurate information when participating in auctions from overseas locations.
• ● In-Room Control Panel: Enhanced the user interface and user experience of the In-Room Control Panel by increasing the size of key call action buttons. (Reference: ALPM-340)
• ● Improved Button Visibility: Larger action buttons provide greater visibility and easier interaction during live auction events, helping auction staff perform critical actions more efficiently and with greater confidence.
• ● Enhanced Accessibility: The updated button sizing improves usability across a wider range of screen sizes and devices, particularly in fast-paced auction environments where rapid interaction is required.

Other Updates

• ● Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to improve consistency across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These terminology updates will not affect functionality or public-facing user experiences.
• ● Date Format Standardisation: To improve global readability and reduce ambiguity, date formats across the platform will progressively transition from DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 15/01/2025) to DD Mon YYYY (e.g. 15 Jan 2025). This enhancement accommodates varying international date conventions and improves readability for users across different regions.
• ● No Action Required: The date format update will be applied automatically across the platform over the coming months and does not require any configuration changes or user action.
