Enhancements

This release includes improvements to CRM synchronisation processes, helping ensure listing data remains accurate, consistent, and up to date between Auctions Live and VaultRE.

• ● VaultRE CRM Re-Sync Rules Enhancement: Enhancements have been made to the VaultRE CRM re-synchronisation process to improve the reliability and accuracy of data updates between VaultRE and Auctions Live. (Reference: ALPM-314)
• ● Improved Data Consistency: The updated synchronisation rules help ensure property information remains aligned across both systems when updates, corrections, or re-sync requests are performed.
• ● Enhanced Operational Reliability: These improvements reduce the likelihood of data discrepancies and provide a more consistent experience for agencies relying on VaultRE integration workflows.

Other Updates

• ● Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming six months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to create greater consistency across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These terminology updates will not affect functionality or public-facing user experiences.
• ● Date Format Standardisation: To improve global readability and reduce ambiguity, date formats across the platform will progressively transition from DD/MM/YYYY (e.g. 15/01/2025) to DD Mon YYYY (e.g. 15 Jan 2025). This update provides greater clarity for international audiences where date conventions vary and will be applied automatically across the platform over the coming months.
• ● No Action Required: The date format update will be automatically applied as part of normal platform updates and does not require any configuration changes or user intervention.
