Bug Fixes

• Bidder App: The information message only displays the time, not the date, even when the end date is updated. (Reference: ALPM- 84). 🚧
• Property Listing Page: Ensured uniform spacing between the Lot #, Timed Auction, and Auctioneer Name badges. (Reference: ALPM- 326). 🚧

Enhancements

• Auctioneer Control Panel: On the Auctioneers’ Control Panel, once you have clicked the information icon, you can now click the ‘x’ to close it. (Reference: ALPM- 108). 🚧
• Property Quick Stats: Added info icon for ‘Auction Duration’. (Reference: ALPM- 108). 🚧
• VaultRE CRM: Re-sync rules enhancement. (Reference: ALPM- 314). ⛔
• Video Conference Link: With the release of this update, in-room events will receive an enhancement to the video conference link. This update will enable:  
  • Admin and office users to access the video conference event link for individual properties.  (Reference: ALPM- 321). 🚧
• Bidder Registration Settings: This page is getting few enhancements which includes;
  • Info icon text and a placeholder with a default text (Reference: ALPM- 322). 🚧
    • For Company section, Bidder Terms and Conditions and Auction Terms and Conditions
    • Info text for Custom Bidder Registration Submitted Message

Other Updates

Terminology Update "Property" → "Lot": There are many references to the word Property/Properties in the system. Over the next 6 months, some of these will be renamed to the word Lot/Lots. These changes will not affect any functionality or public-facing interfaces. 🚧

Date Format Standardisation Update: We are updating the platform's date format to enhance clarity and consistency. Over the next six months, all date displays will transition from the previous DD/MM/YYYY format (e.g. 15/01/2025) to the new DD Mon YYYY format (e.g. 15 Jan 2025) to accommodate global variations and reduce ambiguity. This change will be applied automatically, requiring no user action. For further assistance, please contact our support team. 🚧
