Bug Fixes

• ● Property Suite API: Resolved an issue relating to the handling of non-image media files imported through the Property Suite API. The platform now correctly manages unsupported file types such as .tar.gz and similar non-image assets when processing property media imports, improving stability and data integrity. (Reference: IR25-312)

Enhancements

This release includes a number of usability, responsiveness, and integration enhancements across Reggie the Chatbot, the In-Room Scriber Panel, and the Zenu API.

• ● Reggie the Chatbot: Introduced a new configuration setting that allows administrators to control the maximum height of the Reggie chat window. This provides greater flexibility when embedding the chatbot across different website layouts and user interfaces. (Reference: IR25-301)
• ● Improved Chat Widget Flexibility: The new height control setting enables organisations to better align the chatbot experience with their website design requirements while maintaining optimal usability across devices.
• ● In-Room Scriber Panel: Updated button sizing and responsiveness within the In-Room Scriber Panel to improve usability on smaller screen sizes and lower-resolution devices. (Reference: IR25-297)
• ● Enhanced Mobile Responsiveness: These interface improvements provide a more consistent and user-friendly experience for auction staff operating on compact displays, tablets, and mobile devices.
• ● Zenu API: Expanded data accessibility within the Zenu API, providing authorised integrations with access to additional listing information and property-related data. (Reference: IR25-311)
• ● Greater Integration Capability: The additional data points available through the Zenu API support more comprehensive third-party integrations, reporting workflows, and automation opportunities.

Other Updates

• ● Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to improve consistency across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These terminology updates will not affect functionality or public-facing user experiences.
