Bug Fixes

  • In-Room Control Panel: Resolved an issue affecting the size and display of the "Show On The Market" button on smaller screen resolutions, improving usability across a wider range of devices. (Reference: ALPM-297)
  • Bid Boards: Fixed an issue within the Vivid Bid Board where the bottom bid could become partially obscured, ensuring all bid information remains fully visible throughout the auction. (Reference: IR25-310)

New Features

This release introduces several new features and usability enhancements designed to improve communication, reporting, bidder engagement, and overall platform visibility.

  • Video Conferencing Links on Widgets: Subscribers can now attach Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom meeting links directly to a property. When configured, the conferencing link will be displayed on the property's widget page, making it easier for participants to join virtual auction events. (Reference: IR25-320)
  • Enhanced Listing Export Reporting: A new Direct Parent field has been added to the Export Listing Data CSV report, providing additional visibility into the owner branch or parent organisation associated with each listing. (Reference: IR25-306)
  • Interested Party Form Expiry Protection: A new expiry timer has been introduced to the Interested Party Form. If the form remains open for more than five minutes, users will be prompted to refresh the page before continuing, reducing the likelihood of submitting outdated information. (Reference: IR25-288)
  • Enhanced Listing Status Notifications: When Push Notifications are enabled, bidders will now receive both Push Notifications and Email Notifications whenever a listing status changes, ensuring important updates are delivered across multiple communication channels. (Reference: IR25-319)
  • Bidder Registration Improvements: Bidder registration Terms & Conditions headings have been reorganised and renamed to improve readability and create a more intuitive registration experience. (Reference: IR25-290, IR25-303)
  • Lot Number Visibility: Lot numbers are now displayed throughout the All Upcoming and All Past auction list views, as well as on the Listing Overview page, making it easier for users to identify and manage listings. (Reference: IRBC-003)
  • Sold Price Display: Sold prices are now visible within the All Upcoming and All Past auction list views, providing quick access to final sale results without needing to open individual listings. (Reference: IRBC-004)

Enhancements

  • Google Analytics Data API: Enhancements have been implemented to support the Google Analytics Data API, improving reporting capabilities and analytics integration across the platform. (Reference: IR25-284)
  • Property Credit Auction Deposit Funding Workflow: Additional workflow enhancements have been completed to support integration with Property Credit's auction deposit funding processes, helping streamline user interactions and funding management. (Reference: IR25-303)

Other Updates

  • Terminology Update – "Property" to "Lot": There are numerous references to the words Property and Properties throughout the platform. Over the coming six months, selected references will be updated to Lot and Lots to create greater consistency across the Auctions Live ecosystem. These terminology updates will not affect functionality or public-facing user experiences.
