Offers Live Vendor Portal Guide
How to Review and Respond to Offers in the Vendor Portal
The Offers Live Vendor Portal allows vendors and/or Power of Attorney to review and respond to buyer offers from any device. This guide explains how to access the portal, view offers, use optional AI insights, and submit your response back to your agent.
When an Offer is Released
Your agent will release offers to you via Offers Live. When this occurs:
- Each recorded vendor and/or Power of Attorney will receive an email titled Review your offer
Steps to Access the Offers Live Vendor Portal
Step 1: Open the email and tap the View Offers button.
Step 2: Request a one-time verification code.
Step 3: Check your inbox and copy the verification code.
Step 4: Paste the code into the portal to unlock access.
Once verified, you will see a list of all offers released by your agent.
How to View Offers
- Each offer will show a general overview, including the offer amount, status, and submission time.
- To view full details of a specific offer, tap the View button on the right-hand side.
- Use the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate between offers.
Using AI Insights (If Enabled)
Step 1: Tap the blue Get AI Insights button at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Drag and drop to rank what matters most to you when selling.
Step 3: Tap Generate Offer Insight to see a side-by-side comparison of offers.
Important Note
You can generate AI insights up to 20 times per campaign.
To return to the full list of offers, tap the green Go to Offers button.
Adding Private Notes
While viewing an offer, tap the yellow Add Note button to leave a private sticky note. These notes are not visible to your agent or buyers.
Steps to Submit Your Response
Step 1: Scroll to the Offer Actions section.
Step 2: Select a response from the dropdown menu (e.g. Accept or Decline).
Step 3: Tap the green Submit button.
Step 4: Confirm your selection in the pop-up window.

Available response types may vary depending on how your campaign is set up.
