Give each provider the same number of offices, users and expected auctions, split by auction type. For Multi-Lot events, specify both the number of events and the number of properties.

Compare first-year cost as: setup fees + annual access fees + expected auction charges + required extras. For later years, remove one-off setup costs and include any ongoing equipment or service costs.

When comparing auction management software, keep staff time separate from the supplier’s quote. Check how much work remains for listing entry, registrations, presentations and records. A lower fee may still leave more work for your team.

Check what the quoted package provides.

For an online auction platform for property, confirm streaming and online bidding inclusions.

When do Auctions Live listing fees apply?

The current Auctions Live Fee FAQs state that assigning an auction type makes a listing billable. Importing or manually creating an unassigned listing does not trigger that listing fee.

For your real estate auction system, confirm the rates and billing rules in your current quote and agreement. Auction software for real estate agents should be quoted for the auction types and services the agency will use.
