Timed Auction Enhancements ✅

We’re pleased to share a series of updates designed to improve communication and the overall experience during timed auctions.

Auction Commence Notification one week before

An automated notification and email will now be sent to Auctioneers, Selling Agents, and Bidders one week before a timed auction begins, giving all parties time to prepare.

Auction Closing Notification two days before 

Participants will receive a reminder two days before a timed auction concludes, helping them take any final steps needed.

Auction closing in three hours alert

A new event triggers email and push notifications three hours before the auction ends so participants do not miss the final bidding opportunity.

These improvements support better engagement, awareness, and preparation throughout the auction lifecycle.

Timed Auction Property Widget Page Enhancements

• When the photo gallery tab is selected, background music will play until the Live stream tab is opened or the auction ends.
• The term “Ends in” has been updated to “Concluding in” across the property widget page, tile widget page and Live bid board.
• The countdown timer on the property widget page has been redesigned.
• A dynamic message now appears at the fifteen minute mark stating “Closing soon: fifteen minutes remaining.” This message automatically disappears once the auction concludes.

Enhancements to Solicitor Fields in Bidder and Buyer Registration Forms ✅

The visibility and requirements of solicitor fields are now governed by Bidder Registration settings. When set to Show and Required, bidders must complete these fields before submitting their registration. If they are not required, bidders can proceed without completing them.

Buyer Registration Form
If a user selects the solicitor section, all associated fields must be completed before continuing. If the solicitor section is not selected, the user can continue without providing solicitor details.
