Auctions Live Brand Guidelines

These guidelines help ensure Auctions Live is represented consistently and professionally across digital, print, social media, presentations, advertising, partner material and client communications.

Please use the approved brand colours, typography and logo assets provided on this page. Auctions Live brand assets should not be recreated, modified or altered.

01 — Brand Overview

Representing Auctions Live

Auctions Live is a modern real estate technology brand. Our visual identity should communicate professionalism, confidence, innovation, transparency and trust while remaining clear and approachable.

Professional

Communications should feel polished, dependable and appropriate for the Australian real estate industry.

Modern

Use clean layouts, generous spacing, contemporary typography and uncomplicated visual elements.

Clear

Information should be easy to understand. Avoid unnecessary visual clutter or overly complicated design treatments.

02 — Colour Palette

Primary Colours

The primary colour palette should form the foundation of Auctions Live communications. Purple is the principal brand colour, supported by Charcoal and Silver.

Auctions Live Purple
Purple
#93278f

Primary brand colour. Use for branded elements, buttons, headings, key graphics and important interface elements.

Auctions Live Charcoal

Primary Highlight Colour

Auctions Live Gold

Using Gold

Gold should enhance the primary brand palette rather than compete with Auctions Live Purple.

It works particularly well for small highlights, icons, rules, labels and feature callouts.

Secondary Light Colours

Secondary light colours support layouts, cards, borders, backgrounds and interface elements without overpowering the core brand colours.

Diamond

Amber

Caution, pending activity and attention states.

Important: Secondary highlight colours are functional supporting colours and should not become the dominant colour within Auctions Live marketing material.
03 — Typography

Auctions Live Fonts

Typography plays an important role in maintaining a consistent Auctions Live identity. Where the preferred font is unavailable, the approved alternative may be used.

Titles / H1
Auctions Live

Preferred: Proxima Nova

Alternative: Montserrat

Use for page titles, campaign headings, feature statements and major branded messaging.

Subtitles / H2
Live Property Auctions

Preferred: Poppins

Alternative: DM Sans

Use for subtitles, section headings, card headings and supporting hierarchy.

Body Copy
Clear, simple communication should always be easy to read.

Preferred: Questrial

Use for paragraphs, explanatory text, guides, interface content and longer-form communication.

Recommended hierarchy: Proxima Nova or Montserrat for major titles, Poppins or DM Sans for secondary headings, and Questrial for general body copy.
04 — Logo Library

Download Auctions Live Logos

Always use an approved Auctions Live logo supplied from this page. Four transparent PNG logo variations are available to cover the most common digital, marketing, social media and document applications.

All logo files are transparent PNG files. The light or dark background shown in the previews below demonstrates where each version should be used. The background itself is not part of the downloaded logo.

About the Logo Files

Transparent PNG

Every downloadable logo is supplied as a transparent PNG. The background visible in the preview is not part of the downloaded image.

Use the Supplied File

Avoid taking screenshots of the logo, copying it from another website or saving a compressed version from social media.

Maintain Image Quality

PNG files are pixel-based. Avoid enlarging a logo significantly beyond its original dimensions as this may make it appear blurry or pixelated.

Rectangular or Square?

Rectangular

Use the Rectangular Logo When...

  • There is sufficient horizontal space available.
  • The logo appears within a website header or footer.
  • It is being used in an email signature.
  • It appears in a document or presentation.
  • It forms part of a horizontal marketing layout.
Square

Use the Square Logo When...

  • The available space is approximately square.
  • It is being used for a social media profile or tile.
  • The rectangular logo would become too small to read.
  • A compact brand treatment is required.
  • The surrounding design uses square or vertical elements.

Choosing the Correct Background Version

Light Background

Light Background Version

Use the light-background logo when the logo will appear against white, Diamond, Silver or another sufficiently light background.

Always ensure there is enough contrast between the logo and the surrounding background.

Dark Background

Dark Background Version

Use the dark-background logo when the logo will appear against Charcoal, Ash, Purple, black or another sufficiently dark background.

When placing the logo over photography, select the version that provides the strongest contrast.

Remember: “Light Background” and “Dark Background” describe where the transparent PNG should be placed. The background itself is not included in the PNG file.
05 — Logo Usage

Using the Auctions Live Logo Correctly

  • Use only approved Auctions Live logo files.
  • Maintain the original dimensions and proportions.
  • Maintain adequate clear space around the logo.
  • Choose the correct light or dark background version.
  • Use the rectangular or square version that best suits the available space.
  • Ensure the logo has sufficient contrast from the background.
  • Do not stretch, squash or distort the logo.
  • Do not rotate or angle the logo.
  • Do not change the approved logo colours.
  • Do not add shadows, outlines, gradients or special effects.
  • Do not recreate the logo using typed text.
  • Do not crop or rearrange individual logo elements.
  • Do not place the logo over a visually busy background where it becomes difficult to read.

Logo Clear Space

Allow sufficient space around the Auctions Live logo so it remains prominent and uncluttered. Text, borders, photography and other graphic elements should not crowd the logo.

As a practical rule, give the logo generous breathing room on all sides. Avoid positioning text, buttons, icons or other logos directly against the Auctions Live logo.
06 — Design Principles

Recommended Colour Balance

Auctions Live communications should feel refined rather than overly colourful. Neutral space allows Purple and Gold to carry greater visual impact.

Purple

Use as the primary recognisable brand colour for important branded moments and calls to action.

Charcoal & Neutrals

Use for typography, backgrounds, navigation and supporting layout structure.

Gold & Highlights

Use sparingly so highlights remain meaningful and retain their visual impact.

Accessibility & Readability

Brand consistency should never come at the expense of readability. Digital content should maintain sufficient contrast and remain easy to understand across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Text Contrast

  • Use Charcoal or Ash for body text on light backgrounds.
  • Use white text on Charcoal, Ash and sufficiently dark Purple backgrounds.
  • Avoid Silver or light greys for important small text.
  • Do not rely on colour alone to communicate important status information.

Digital Content

  • Use meaningful headings and a clear information hierarchy.
  • Provide alt text for important images.
  • Keep interactive controls large enough for comfortable mobile use.
  • Use descriptive link and button labels.
07 — Partners & Third Parties

Using Auctions Live in Partner Material

Real estate agencies, suppliers, media organisations and approved partners may use Auctions Live brand assets when referencing or promoting Auctions Live, provided the brand remains accurately represented.

  • Do not imply ownership of the Auctions Live brand.
  • Do not alter the Auctions Live logo to match another organisation's colours.
  • Do not combine the Auctions Live logo with another logo to create a new logo.
  • Maintain appropriate separation between partner logos.
  • Do not describe a product or service as an official Auctions Live product unless authorised.
  • For significant co-branded campaigns, seek approval before publication.

Brand Name Usage

Correct

Auctions Live or AUCTIONS LIVE

Use Auctions Live with initial capital letters in normal written communication. The fully capitalised AUCTIONS LIVE may also be used where appropriate, particularly in branded, promotional, or design-led applications.

Avoid

Avoid inconsistent or incorrect treatments of the brand name, including Auction live, auctionslive, AUCTIONSLIVE, AuctionsLive, Auctions live, AUCTIONS live, or other variations that alter the approved spelling, capitalisation, spacing, or pluralisation.

Exceptions may apply where an alternative treatment is required as part of an approved technical implementation, such as a domain name, URL, email address, system identifier, code reference, or other format where spaces or standard capitalisation cannot be used.
