"Harcourts Cooper and Co have been utilising the services of Auction Live for approximately 2 years. After spending considerable time conducting DD and looking at several providers we decided on Auction Live for a number of reasons;

We liked the ease at which bidders could access the platform. There was no need for buyers to fill in lengthy registration forms. This meant that non-bidders (but other clients) could also watch/engage with perceived anonymity.

Somehow the system (despite clients not needing to register) can determine how many unique viewers are watching our Auctions.

If an Auction had no registered bidders we would still proceed, in most cases using the Auction Live platform to remind and represent the property, exposing it to thousands of eyeballs that were regularly tuning in.
